The High Court has asked the Delhi Government to withdraw the rule of 20% reservation of the school seats for the economically backwards in case any school is declared to be a minority school.

High Court has lashed out the Govt stating that the law in the country does not allow any minority school to reserve seats even if the land for the school was obtained by them at a concession by the Government.
