When is alone in any word; ‘ I ‘  sounds like hindi alphabet  letter I alone

For example:    BIT  sounds like   hindi    Bit

But whenever ‘E’  or  ‘A’  vowel comes after the alphabet ‘ I ‘,  the sound changes to  the  hindi alphabet   Letter I with vowel

for example:  Bite will now sound as  bite
